I already found several posts with the link to the ticket submission system regarding delays, but for some reason i can't submit a ticket. Regardless of me being logged in or not when i start, after selecting the Physical CE here (
https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/incident?category=14&platform=3&subcategory=591) it wants me to log in...but doesn't let me. I enter username and password and click on log in, but nothing happens. Every other button seems to work, but not this one. Thus, i can't submit a ticket.
I tried writing a mail to the mail-address that was used to reply to my previous tickets, "ESO_Help@helpmail.elderscrollsonline.com", where i also attached the proof of purchase, but i got back an automatic reply saying that's not a monitored mailbox, and the ticket is closed as a duplicate.
So i tried submitting a ticket ingame, referring to my mail, but got no response, not even an automatic one, that it's being worked on.
Now i'm getting kinda worried, because Greymoor release is around the corner, i took out a week vacation to enjoy it to the fullest, but at this point i have no idea whether i'll be able to play at all. The amazon delivery date states 3rd of June, which clearly is way too far away.
Can someone from the support team please look into it, whether my problem was registered at all? Please, i want to know for sure i can play when the game comes out. Just tell me what to do, because as it is right now, i can't use the ticket system to go through the right channels, and i'm really looking forward to the release.
