Social Ban unwarranted - please resolve

Received a social ban I guess on my and my families accounts while we were in a nSS trial. Unable to trade with any guild memebers.

@ZOS_BillE can this be looked at? What did we do wrong other than play the game

In game ticket number is 200517-008558. No email with ticket number was sent.

Do I need to provide the other account names?

    @ZOS_BillE , a close friend of mine got social banned a couple days ago as well, for no reason we can think of. He got pretty frustrated and ended up logging off. So I sent in a ticket for him. 200517-009172

    He ended up sending in a ticket as well, but it's been a few days and so far no response.

    I asked my friend, but he said he never got a mail with a ticket number when he sent his report.

    Received a social ban, unable to access my guild bank, trade with guild sellers or send mails. Thought it was an update problem, so, was waiting for a few days before send it.
    Couldnt find any similar category in this support, so, my ticket number support system is 200601-005451. No email with ticket number has been received too.
