Social Ban is Terrible

I was recently social banned, and I'm pretty sure it's because of my addon settings that I was flagged as a bot. I've already submitted a ticket and have been waiting on an agent for 3 or 4 days. I understand the wait is long because of the virus, but I was posting here in hopes someone would see this and help me.
I'm the leader of a guild and not having access to core game functions is awful.
In my trade guild, I can't list items, so I can't meet the weekly requirements. I can't even message an officer to tell them.
I can't group up for trials in my trials guild. I can't even tell my friends I'm not ignoring them.
I've been playing this game since beta, and it's by far my favorite game-- but this social ban is really frustrating me.
