Banned Again

Hi, so I commented on another players post about being social banned on Tuesday. Given that ZoS is obviously ignoring players on that post now Ima make a new post and copy-paste what I wrote there.
I haven't even had the automated reply from my ticket yet.. so I guess that I've been subjected to all my tickets being automatically dumped on an ignore pile to deliberately not be addressed. Great way to treat your most active players...

Once you have the ban once you seem to be blacklisted. This is my 3rd ban this year and I noticed with my 2nd and 3rd I dont even get the automated reply to my ticket so I assume that my ticket has been put on an ignore pile and wont be regarded what so ever unless I come here and to social media to complain and prod.

ZoS.... get your act together We have asked you to work with us and provide information so we can send mails at times that are better or amend Shissus guild tools to send mails at better intervals or change notifications or do whatever it is that will be a sensible compromise and all you do is tell us to stop sending mails.

If customer support and forum mods cant answer our questions (we dont expect you to know how the game is coded) pass the enquiry over to a dev. Someone on the development team should know or should be able to find the bit of code that looks for server "spam" and give us some sort of straight answer so that we can work WITH you and lighten the load of tickets.

It saddens me that some of your most active playerbase members are being targeted like this because your systems disregard us as "trouble" for taking care of our guildies.
And because the inevitable will happen and you will tell me not to send the mails and to find an alternative way of telling members; we have a discord where people are informed about our lottery (which is run across 3 guilds and therefore not run via the guild bank). The last 3 weeks I have been posting in guild chat when i have been on about once an hour. 3 weeks ago we did not even sell 100 tickets, 2 weeks ago we made that total up to 192 (still less than 100 tickets sold in a week. Last week we scraped 100. This week I dared to mail my guilds again and we sold nearly 200 tickets in 48 hours.. which then caused my social ban. The mail system serves its purpose in the function of reaching our members far better than plugging it through chat. Telling me not to use it seriously hurts a fundamental part of our guild community and being able to reach members who live in other time zones.

So please, ZoS; communicate with GMs, communicate with add-on developers and we can figure out how to not overclog the servers when we need to send mails and messages through chat.. because believe me we are scared to mail and message now. A social ban stops us supporting our members. We cant help them farm gear, we cant craft for them, we cant even give them a sodding item from the guild bank. You cripple some of your most important players for supporting the ESO community, and your reluctance to really help, your reluctance to compromise just tells us you dont really care.

    I don't think they automatically send out an email when a support request ticket is opened anymore. You just have to wait patiently for them to get back to you. Sadly, I think this is measured in days and weeks, not hours. :disappointed:

    Also, post your ticket number in here. At minimum, someone can check to see if it is in the proper queue to get answered.

    Yeah. Mines not been as long as yours tbh. Just had to step in to tank the final boss of Sunspire for my guilds and was so relived to get a Yolly greatsword rather than anything useful. Last thing I'd want is to pick up something useful that a group member desperately needed and not be able to give it to them.

    Thanks Elsonso. Knowing this for certain would be useful but we probably wouldn't have a straight answer over this either.

    Anyways if support does look at this it's ticket number: 200327-005336 I know you're busy dealing with bug reports and stuff.

    @ZOS_BillE can you at least confirm that the ticket in question have landed in the correct pile?

    And yes I think that auto emails are no longer sent out. Logged a bug report the other day for something affecting one of my toons, nothing serious so it can wait, but I got no confirmation or email or anything even though it's the first ticket I've ever submitted in the game and I've never been banned for anything social or otherwise.

    HOW DARE YOU CLOSE MY TICKET PERMANENTLY! I am sick of us trying to figure out what it is we can do as players and GMs and add on devs to find what is not against ToS, not causing server issues, not causing any problems to your precious code what so ever and at every question, every plea to see it even slightly from our side you shut us down. You don't care about players, you care about money. The fact you end what could be a productive and enlightening dialogue proves this.

    How is it after all this time of asking for something where we can compromise, where we can make it work and where we can run our communities in a way that does not cause the "spam" you copy paste quote at me for like some generic robot who can't think beyond a pre-written answer, that I'm met with the same "It's your fault" answer. Do you think we don't communicate? Do you think I don't know how many of your community leaders (and yes! you neglect the EU server so much that WE ARE YOUR COMMUNITY LEADERS, THE FIRST POINT OF CALL FOR YOUR EVER SO PRECIOUS NEW PLAYERS and I can't speak for every GM here, but I have been oh so careful with new and returning players to refrain from being totally honest here about the turdshow we suffer) you have willingly subjugated to this, ignored and dismissed? Yes as you keep stating you cant stop the bot.. no poop Sherlock. I'm not as thick as you take pleasure in making me out to be, but someone somewhere can tell us what is acceptable, because it's sure no fun being here anymore trying to survive in a world where we don't matter in the slightest.. your totalitarian regime.

    (And I'm really sorry for the forum admin and the primary ticket admin who do just get shut down when you try to raise this as a concern because you see how many GMs and other players are saying something is seriously wrong and you seem to get shouted down from both sides. This isn't you. This is the people wrapping you in red tape.)
