Consoles need a way to GIT GUD

I have been playing PVE since console launch and I recently purchased a PC with good specs to play ESO. So I bought ESO (again) for the exclusive purpose to play PTS. After playing for just a month on PTS and live Console I have become crazy better at DPS. The ability to try different gear and try things that play to my strengths without wasting any of my real in game gold/time is unbelievably useful. My dummy and real gameplay have improved dramatically. 85K on a dummy with almost any build is stupid easy for me now and harder dungeons/trials I couldn’t hope to conquer just a month ago have become totally within my skill level. If ZOS could make a smaller environment for sale in the crown store that is similar to PTS you could have a real best seller and people pleaser.
I’m picturing a daedric training portal that you place in your home. When you enter the portal you get access to a merchant and and Iron atronach dummy and maybe a random hard world boss with mechanics. The merchant sells all the stuff you need for 1 gold including respec scrolls, all available gear, potions, and all currently available cosmetics. The Atro would be just as it is now and the world boss could be basically a dummy the hits back but give you some basic DPS numbers. Maybe make it so that 4 people could fight the world boss and give useful feedback for all 3 roles (new feature everyone would want). Obliviously anything you do or buy in the training portal stays in the training portal. This would give console players, content creators, role players, casuals, barbies and everyone else a small place to try everything just like PTS. I believe It would pay for itself a thousand times over, encourage cosmetic sales, and help everyone “GIT GUD”.

TLDR: ZOS should make a small crown store purchasable environment to test stuff similar (but much smaller) to PTS.

So you're suggestion, is to pay to be able to test stuff?

Add a Scribing skill that works like Arcanist beam.

Veteran players have been alienated and disengaged from Overland since One Tamriel, due to the lack of difficulty, and pushed into dungeons and trials; the minority of content in the Elder Scrolls Online. We can't take the repetition anymore, fix Overland engagement for Vet players. I don't even care if it's not combat related anymore, just make Overland engaging again.

Overland difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 10 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including One Tamriel, an overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. Make a self debuff mythic. Literally anything at this point.

Utilize this tool. Most experienced players understand how stats transition into actual gameplay, so having a build editor with very detailed stats makes it a lot easier. 90% of my theory crafting and build testing takes place here.
