support ticket open for over a month
Hi everyone,
I've just joined the forums and i hate for my first discussion to be a bit of a moan but i wanted to ask some advice. I've had a ticket (ticket # 200409-001275) open since 09/04/2020 and have not had a response. Short story is that I got scammed selling crowns so I know there might not be much they can do but just wanted confirmation all the same. I've been updating it regularly and understand that the support team must be absolutely overloaded with work currently but just wondered If there was anything else you would suggest doing to get it looked at? Any advice is appreciated.
