Ticket 200505-001739 - Updated without agent response
Hello!
I know the pandemic is affecting the support queues, but I'm waiting a week to receive an answer and yesterday my ticket was updated without an agent response. The two tickets listed in the image has been posted on the same date and hour, one in elderscrollsonline.com and the other in bethesda.net with the same message regarding a purchase I made. Only the one posted direclty in
https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/ has been updated, but, as I said, without any answer.
Hope someone from the support can help me with this issue.
