6.0.3 Vampire Changes Feedback

So, here are the latest changes to Vampires:

Vampire
Adjusted the Vampire Stages to the following:
Stage 1/2/3/4
Health Recovery is now -10/-30/-60/-100%, adjusted from -10/-40/-70-/100%
Flame Damage Taken is now +5/+8/+13/+20%, adjusted from +5/+10/+15/+20%
Regular Ability Cost is now +3/+5/+8+12%, down from +5/+10/+15/+20%
Vampire Ability Cost is now -6/-10/-16/-24%, down from -10/-20/-30/-40%

Excuse me, but why? Why the Vampire Ability cost reduction was butchered? The costs to vampiric abilities are pretty high as I’ve seen on the web (I play on PS4, so I can’t go to PTS, just watch what other ppl post online)
Unless they plan to lower the base cost of the Vamp skills, they should revert this change IMHO.

Also, why in the bloody Void the stage 4 health recovery has to be reduced by 100%? As a dps Magicka Nightblade, I don’t have any burst heal, so every time I trip over a rock while riding my horse, I’ll have to stop and seek an enemy to “swallow soul” so I can stay alive until I drop from a medium height hill *sigh*

Also that makes no sense! Because on that in game book, Noxophilic Sanguivoria is the name IIRC, it says something like: ”Those beings have a powerful recovery from wounds and extreme fortitude.”
(Something like that, I’m too lazy to go in game just to copy the exact sentence)
Then why the stage 4, which is supposed to be the strongest tier of Vampires have 0 passive healing? I just don’t get it...

But if ZOS wants to keep it this way, powerful vampires with almost zero passive health recovery, they could decrease the reduction percentage to 85%, at least we’ll be able to recover a bit of health until we jump off the next rock.

Otherwise, the Flame dmg bonus and the other abilities cost increase are good now, flame dmg is lower than live and I believe I can live with that 12% increase cost in everything else.

TL;DR: why did the Vampire abilities cost reduction was lowered? It makes no sense to me unless they reduce the base cost of them. Also, why stage 4 have 0 health recovery? It goes against the lore and it can get extremely annoying, specially for a class with no burst heal (Magblade main)

There’s still a week of PTS, let’s see what will be presented to us next week... I’m highly curious to see how the next chapter will affect my gameplay. After all, Greymoor will be my birthday gift, I have high expectations on how it’ll be, I still believe it’ll be a very good expansion, I just hope it doesn’t destroy any more of my Vampire Magblade gameplay (I’m still salty over the Lotus Fan changes a few years ago ;-; )

    They gutted the Vampire cost reduction because they gutted the ability cost increase. Simply put instead of them being high numbers on both ends of the scale, they are much lower. I guess they did not want to lower the ability cost increase by nearly half, and not do the same for Vampire Cost reduction, otherwise it would have been too good (Especially with the new Blood Frenzy changes) But I feel like that thought process has some holes in it. I just cant think of any other reason as to why
