Symptoms: I suddenly was unable to access any guild merchants. They only offer "Goodbye" as an option. After further testing, discovered that I could not trade with other players, send mail, or whisper them.
I did not receive any notification that I was banned. I had to spend hours doing my own testing and research to determine that I was wrongly banned. ZOS is quick to send me my receipts for $150 when I buy crowns, but they couldn't be bothered to notify me that they are disabling my ability to use the game I have paid for. I don't have any mailing add-ons and I don't spam anything in chat. Right before I was apparently banned, I was searching for a glyph on the merchants. I was looking for a good price, so I repeated the same search on multiple merchants very rapidly, something I do all the time.
@ZOS_BillE , if you are catching more bad guys with this system than good guys, then keep up the good work. If not, then please review the banning process to prevent innocent players from being caught in the net. In the mean-time, please remove the ban from my account so I can play with my family.
