Ticket 200429-000516 seeking update

Hello!

It's been something like 7 days total now; 4 days ago I updated my ticket (then 3 days old) with new information in the hopes my ticket would be sent along in the right direction.

I wasn't aware of the situation when I first posted the ticket and I'm still unsure of what's caused the situation - I haven't received any notifications via email

If anyone from ZOS could please check my ticket and let me know if I need to submit a new ticket under a different topic it would be much appreciated!

Thanks,
MuMen

@ZOS_BillE can probably have a look.

That said, customer service is currently experiencing high contact volumes and the average wait time seems to be a lot longer than just a week. Also, updating your ticket puts it back to the end of their queue, so avoid doing this as it will likely prolong your wait. Good luck!

eep! Longer than a week. Understandable but painful none the less.

I had done a little reading and I was uncertain if Updating my current ticket had set it back in the que or if that was only when you submit multiple tickets. yikes. lol

I've also done a lot of reading on people dealing with this thing called a social ban ~ seem's I've earned one myself and I'm wondering just how much longer it will be, or if it will ever be removed.

I mean is this like a 10 day thing or a 30 day thing or like a forever thing?

Really can't play this way I mean this is really brutal. I've tried questing but I'm so A.D.D. I just can't. I need to bounce around doing stuff with people.

It's not a forever ban. If you did something bad enough to actually earn that, you'd probably get into more serious trouble. :D
The length varies I believe, I've heard people say the ban was over faster than support managed to answer. But in the threads I've seen recently where a lot of people have gotten it wrongfully (I'm assuming you're one of those), I think some said it's basically an undetermined length and doesn't go away till support clears you? Which is obviously a really bad combination with the current issue of support being do slow.

Well that's good to know it'll eventually come to an end. I really feel for anyone that gets this wrongfully. I mean even just one day of it is really annoying but a week or more is torture and then if you're a GM trying to manage things like a guild trader oh wow.

Let's hope this issue gains a high priority and the banning gets a serious revamp to help protect active guild leaders at the very least. That's not me - but really that's just mind blowing that's even allowed to happen to them.

A thought on the matter: Everything is made up of chains / connections / links and there is always the weak link factor; Perhaps our game here is in need of a higher level of help than is presently available.

What about something like a GoFundMe by us players, accepted by the developer and teams to help support repairing hardware / cover additional time or additional team members needed to make these ends meet; reforging weak links into strong ones ?

    Just a thought;
