Base Critical Resistance Not Working

The base critical resistance that was added in week 2 of the pts currently provides no mitigation, I have tested this multiple times, base 1.5x crit mult vs base 1350 critical resistance results in exactly 50% more damage being dealt to the target, where it should be reduced to roughly 39.5% bonus damage.

@CarnoPK report this also in game if you haven't done it already, it's easier it well get looked into.

Just for the clarification @CarnoPK are You sure that base critical dmg during was at 50% ? There are classes like templar or nb that get additional 10% etc. Are You sure You had none of that additional bonuses active during tests ?

I've just tested as a nord stamsorc with 0 pts in precise strikes against someone with 0 champ points :

Normal light attack : 2515
Crit light attack attack : 3707

That's x1.47.

Definitively the 1300 base value isn't working at all. @ZOS_GinaBruno

I reported it as a bug during the start of the previous week but it hasn’t been patched so I just thought I’d post it here and see what happens

I’ve tested it several times on characters with different levels of crit resist / crit multipliers and the critical damage dealt has always been higher than it should be. The most recent test I did was on a stamblade with only suprise attack slotted (no assassination skill so my crit multiplier isn’t increased) vs a magden with no gear or cp, and my damage increased by exactly 50% on critical strikes

If they don’t fix this before it hits live people are going to get shredded , I was already planning on swapping one of my Templar’s to Khajiit.
