Toggle option to automatically hide UI for screenshots

to make it easier to get action shots. If that's possible by briefly turning UI off then back on when input received indicates a screenshot request. If it is possible it's probably beyond the capacity of an add-on, right?

This can currently be accomplished with a key bind.

Edit- overlook me, Current function is not exactly as described in your question. You press the key to turn off UI, then press it again to turn it back on.

You can self-toggle the UI on and off with a keybind, like hide ui keybind (button press) + screenshot (button press) + hideui keybind (button press), but I wasn't aware you can do it all with one click in a keybind?

If offered this should be an opt-in under Options somewhere because I'm betting people are taking screenshots a lot to report botting, scamming, and other TOS violations. You'd need to capture various UI elements for those shots to be useful.

yeah that's why I mentioned a toggle for the setting as in different situations the need would be different

I don't find it a problem, I just make sure every character has the adjoining keys F12 for UI and PrtScn for the screenshot and it's an instant three clicks. For those that do need it, however (and I've no idea how it works on console), then an optional setting enabling just a single click would be fine - albeit a very low priority developer-wise.

I do exactly the same thing, right down to using the same buttons.

I wouldn't want the UI to be automatically hidden because sometimes I want it included in the screenshot and it would be a pain to have to go through the options menu to swap the settings around each time. But I wouldn't be opposed to a seperate keybind to do it all in one go - hide UI, take screenshot, show UI. I wouldn't use it, but it wouldn't be a problem either.
