Unable to leave dungeon finder queue

Hi guys,

I'm unable to leave the dungeon queue. The only way to fix this is by relogging. a full party queued up and nothing happens too. was waiting in queue for at least 20 minutes without anything happening. this works fine for battlegrounds queue. This is frustrating as not everyone is having this issue and i can't do my daily randoms cause of this. i've tested this out on other characters and it's the same there too. I've even tried disabling all my addons but no luck either. i've asked around and there are some with this issue as well. can this be taken a look into? dungeons are a crucial part of the game too and not being able to queue for one is kinda ridiculous.

Had the same thing happen yesterday, pre-formed guild group, dungeon queue broken - the only thing I could think of was that all roles hadn't been selected correctly. Ended up manually travelling to the instance and then halfway through the dungeon we all got queue failure messages... wtaf?

this sucks. i solo queued for 2 hours as a tank and got nothing. only thing i can do now is battlegrounds. hope this gets sorted out soon.

If the queue doesn't pop in under two minutes when you have a premade group or are a Healer or a Tank I suggest exiting queue and rejoining queue. I've done this many times in the past few months and it has worked every time. If it won't let you leave queue on the first click give it a few seconds and click on exit queue again. It took three tries to exit queue the other day. This has worked for me every time. Good luck all!

i've done this. many times since yesterday and didnt work for me. even friends of mine who can join and leave queue normally, get this stuck on them after joining my party and leaving. they have to relog to be able to leave.

It has happened to me all week.
In addition, after the maintenance, when I relog, I get a queue with 00 seconds, but not being able to accept it nor reject it, so...

I have been submitting tickets to ZOS for the last 4 days and get nothing but their automated response. Have been stuck in the dungeon finder que the whole time. I have tried every "fix" out there with no joy. Zos can you please please please reset my dungeon finder que? 200731-007431 (one of my ticket numbers)

I actually managed to fix it on my own when I had the issue. Turns out that one of my characters had the bug. I had to login to each one, queue up and try leaving or else, just swap toon to another. The one that has the bugged will be able to leave. Once you find it, try queueing up on another character. If that doesn't work. Then you can only wait for maintenance.

Guys I have a solution.

I had 5 Toons stuck in ques but after days got them out. So try this I really hope it works for you.

1. You need to find toon zero the one that got the bug first. So try and remember what toon was the last toon you played with before you got stuck. It will be the toon that can leave the que.
2. Get someone with a toon that is below level 10.
3. Add them to a group and wait about 2-3 min the que will stop because the new member cant do dungeons. If it doesn't happen in like 2-6 min just TP to new location. I found my home to be most successful for some reason.
4. Once the Que has stopped kick the player from the group. YOU MUST KICK.
5. This is where I battled a bit. If you log out and back in you will be back in the que, If you TP you will be back in the que. So join que and try and leave again if not just wait. My one toon wouldint leave, luckily it was my tank and the que poped and I was in a dungeon. So do this when player traffic is high.

I got all my Toons un-buged this way. Some took a bit of trial and error but after an hour all of them was free of the que.

Also be ware it seems this bug can be transferred to other players that is how we are all getting it. If you have your friends they probably has it as well. The first guy that tried to help me got the bug from me.

The key here is the person you are adding to the group MUST HAVE A TOON WITH A LEVEL LOWER than 10. This is what breaks the chain because a level lower than 10 cant go into a dungeon.

except that doesn't work half the time, ZOS needs to stop providing band aid fixes and just fix the dungeon finder, it's been broken forever.
