Ticket boxes greyed out.

I am trying to open a ticket for a character issue and the boxes are all greyed out. I can only pick the race on the form. I have tried several browsers, another computer and turned off all ad blocking. I need to put in a ticket ASAP

    @ZOS_BillE might be able to help but I am not expecting them to check-in again before tomorrow USA time as it is pretty late there.

    Did you get a ticket number after submitting the ticket through account recovery?

    You can post the ticket number in the thread so we can make sure the ticket was started successfully.

    Remember that the Support Team is working from home with a backlog, @SparHawk66 ... so the resolution time is measured in days and not hours.

    When you get the initial canned response from Support, make sure to follow up.

    Be persistent but polite.

    2Cities, I never got a canned response or email. checked all of my inboxes. I am worried the longer it goes the less chance I will get character back. Is there a time limit? Ticket still says waiting on an agent.

    To clarify ... when you get the initial canned response from Support (which should be soon), be sure to follow up on it.

    update. I received a reply that my ticket has been sent to proper team and will hear from them soon.
