Social Ban??? 3 Accounts, Mine and Teenage Kids accounts

Didn't know what was going on at first but found out Yesterday that it's a Social Ban. Then today my kids informed me that
they were having the same problem on Accounts that they play on. Would be nice if I was given at least a reason and warning instead
of just totally ruining game play. What really stinks is I have a Master Crafter and this totally ruins my ability to help my Kids, Guild Mates, and Others.
My account @wastingmoney Ticket # 200430-003581. Do I need to start tickets on my other 2 Accounts? or Tell CS when they contact me.

    Prepare yourself for a long wait - I know it's unreasonable but the same thing happened to my family - My kid and I waited 10 days to get fixed (which actually is quick from what I've read on here...) and my wife waited 15 days. And when it does get fixed prepare yourself for a wholly unsatisfactory response - they won't tell you why you received the ban or what you did.

    It sucks, and I feel your pain... hope you get fixed faster than we did.

    Just an Update. ZOS did fix my Accounts, (6 Days from the last update on my First ticket but all accounts were fixed at the same time). Said that they made a slight adjustment. As far as what triggered the Ban I have my ideas but will probably never know for sure. Thanks Again for the Help @ZOS_Chiroptera.
