Trying to get a Refund for Greymoor Pre-Order - Ticket Number: 200425-009461

Hello, I bought (it was a mistake for several reasons, edition, money ect) Greymoor Update preorder. And I want to refund it. I tried to contact with Customer Service via Help Page (https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/), opened a ticket.

It says response time may be high due to pandemic, and that's understandable and all, but it's been a week. And weirdest part yet, at the second day of my ticket, it glowed as 'updated' but when i checked the ticket, everything was same, and it still "Waiting for an Agent".

Is this normal? Is it bugged? Am I being paranoid... I really need the refund and I'm losing hope every day...

What should I do? Talk with bank?

    Maybe give the ticket another poke just in case something went wrong with it when it updated weirdly like that, then give it another week.

    OP, if you received a response, even an auto-response, you need to reply to it. Otherwise, the advice Alucardo is presenting is known to be bad advice as it pushes your ticket further back in the queue. This is pretty common with CS ticket systems and I think Zos has even acknowledged this happens.

    Post the ticket number here and @ZOS_BillE may be able to help if they do refunds on such a thing. If you have the bank stop payment you just might find your game frozen as that has happened with other players when they used a stop payment.

    BTW, CS is backed up due to Covid. Tickets are taking longer and that is not a Zos thing. So yea, a week is not bad.

    Thanks @idk i havent got any response... Although as i described ticket flared up for no reason. I updated my ticket afterwards in this whole week, 4 times, hoping for a response.. But nada... i'll do as you suggested and write my ticket number

    Updating the ticket 4 times during the week is slowing down the process further as it gets put back at the end of the queue each time it is updated. You are hindering yourself.

    It is not uncommon that ticket systems for games work that way. Other games have mentioned it specifically and I am pretty sure Zos has said similarly as well. It is why I mention it.

    What do you think a poke is? I mean reply to it so they get another notification.
