Hello, I bought (it was a mistake for several reasons, edition, money ect) Greymoor Update preorder. And I want to refund it. I tried to contact with Customer Service via Help Page (
https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/), opened a ticket.
It says response time may be high due to pandemic, and that's understandable and all, but it's been a week. And weirdest part yet, at the second day of my ticket, it glowed as 'updated' but when i checked the ticket, everything was same, and it still "Waiting for an Agent".
Is this normal? Is it bugged? Am I being paranoid... I really need the refund and I'm losing hope every day...
What should I do? Talk with bank?
