Can't Login ESO Support

Everytime I try to login ESO Support on website it says "Login Failed" and directing to this URL address:
https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/pta_error/error_msg/Request_Failed
I tried login from different browser, another PC with data but not working. I don't know what's wrong with my account but my username and password is correct and I'm able to login game, account website and this forum. Please help me.
I contacted support according to this instruction:

But they did not solve my problem. Here are the ticket numbers:
