Can't log into the elderscrollsonline.com account

Hey, I have been trying for the last few weeks to log my the elderscrollsonline account on the elderscrollsonline homepage. When I do this the window which asks for my access code pops up. However I never received said access code. I followed to suggested steps on the help forum, send 2 tickets from the help forum and even conntacted you in game. The funny thing is that, I get all other ESO emails like the ones from the in game reports and stuff, I just dont receive the access code emails.

Thank you very much for looking into my post and looking into this issue. The ticket numbers would be 200427-006640 which was the first ticket I made directly through the support homepage and then 200428-001707 is the second ticket made through a forum post on how to potentially solve the issue by deactivatig anti-virus and the firewall.
