wait time account recovery

Hi,

Quick question what is the wait time before someone looks in to my account recovery ticket?

It is only changing the email address so i get an access code.

From what I've been able to tell, some people have been waiting near a whole week for a response. Although, I don't know how much that has changed over the past few days. But yes, please attach your ticket number to this thread, so the mods Taleof2Cities tagged can make sure it's in the right place. You can either post another reply, or simply edit your post by clicking the gear in the top-right of your original post.

The normal ticket wait time has increased due to high ticket volume and the recent impact of COVID-19. As mentioned above, you are welcome to post your ticket number in this thread.
