I have two major concerns with the method of acquiring event tickets in Imperial City.
From the patch notes: "Your Event Tickets for this event are split into two groups of two each; the first pair comes from completing your first Cyrodiil or Battleground daily each day, and the second pair comes from completing your first Imperial City District daily quest each day."
Problem #1
There is no Below 50 Imperial City campaign. Therefore unlike in Battlegrounds or Cyrodiil, players who are Below 50 have no choice but to PVP against players with maxed gear and builds, even if they choose the No CP campaign for Imperial City.
Since Imperial City is required for two event tickets, it will benefit new players below level 50 to have their own campaign where they don't have to fight players with maxed gear/builds.
Is this intended?
If not, solution: have a temporary or permanent below 50 Imperial City campaign.
Problem #2
The platforms onto which players exit their sewer base into the sewers are still vulnerable to gap-closing skills, enabling enemy players to camp those exits and kill players while they are helpless in their loading screens. This was a problem during the last two Imperial City events. Its also inconsistent with the safety afforded by exiting into the Districts.
Since Imperial City is required for two event tickets, it will benefit players to not die in loading screens from attackers who are gap-closing up to an area they are otherwise not supposed to be able to reach.
Is this intended?
If not, a possible solution: certain areas in Imperial City have effects that suppress gap-closers and enemy attacks. Those could be added to the platforms immediately upon exiting the sewer bases into the sewers to be consistent with the safe platforms on exiting to the Districts.
Thank you for your consideration.
