• PlayStation®: NA and EU megaservers for maintenance – November 27, 6:00AM EST (11:00 UTC) - 9:00AM EST (14:00 UTC)

Login Failed on Live, PTS and ESO website

    On the login page it still says the servers are down for maintenance.
    So they raised the floor and lowered the ceiling. Except the ceiling has spikes in it now and the floor is also lava.

    PC EU - I logged into the PTS about 30 minutes ago, before the update finished and it worked.

    I now cannot log in to the live server (EU or NA) the PTS or the website.

    They are performing maintenance, there was a banner, but it has disappeared... It is scheduled to finish in 30 minutes.

    Whatever they're doing to the server today is different to what they normally do.
    I normally use this site to monitor when it's up: https://esoserverstatus.net/#autoreload

    As you'll see it is showing all servers online, which we know isn't true.

    It's broken on Xbox and PS, and it's not our "maintenance" day.

    well mantenance was only for PC EU, so if the servers arent up there how is it that the problem exists for all the other servers, inlcuding pts and the website? Your logic is flawed, it not that the pc eu servers isnt just not up yet, its that they have managed to *** up their loggin server across all platforms

    I am on pc eu and also can not log in.
    Says my username or password are inactive or incorrect.

    I saw the maintenance was done that is why I tried logging in.

    There was a banner at the top of the forums saying "complete" next to maintenance. The banner's now gone.

    Maintenance was also for PC NA

    Maintenance was for NA too. EU only was another one last week.

    Interesting. They never posted on Twitter, so my guess is someone either f'd stuff up or jumped the gun on the banner trigger.

    And how do you explain that PS and Xbox lost their login too? It wasn't maintenance for them, but only for PC EU/NA

    Dude you just dont understand the issue happening here. The login server is down on all platforms, including the pts and website. We dont like to suffer, we like a game that dosent break down every other day

    Same here on xbox. If it was maintenance it would tell us on the log in screen for xbox. But it just shows the normal message.

    Dude you just dont understand the issue happening here. The login server is down on all platforms, including the pts and website. We dont like to suffer, we like a game that dosent break down every other day

    Don't even bother, some people just like to grief others. Simple read of one post would of stopped them from posting nonsense and flaming others.
