{BUG} Clipping issues on medium and heavy Ebony chest pieces.

As of this PTS build there is a still a long standing clipping issue with both the medium and heavy Ebony style- chest armor. On both the medium and heavy varieties of ebony chest armor the rear cloth flap noticeably clips through the armor. In addition to the aforementioned issue with the rear cloth flap clipping the heavy variation of the armor also has problems with the tassets clipping through other areas of armor geometry.
