Nightblades aspect of terror should drain your targets ultimate.

nightblades have been on the decline for a while now. What with abilities being nerfed and better options now given to everyone else. I would propose a change that would benefit nbs and offer something unique. The aspect of terror should drain affected targets ultimate as a base effect. And the morphs should be as follows. Mass hysteria drains multiple targets ultimate. And manifestation of terror should drain 1-2 targets ultimate and return a fraction of the ultimate to the caster. I think this would be an awesome way to add a viable fear and counter play unique to the nightblade. I think figures should be drains 50 ulti and returns 25. Or maybe it drains half the targets ulti and gives 50% of the 50% drained. Thus giving nb 25% of targets ulti. Figures are up for discussion. Let me know what you think.

Bad idea imo, as in it would be way too strong. Seeing as Standard ult gen is 3 a second any value of 18 or higher ult drain would mean that no one could use any ultimate against a nb fearing on cd anymore. With a value as low as 9 it means that one tanky fear Spammer in a Group can ensure that everyone will have to wait twice as Long to cast any ult. If it is a high flat or percentage value then you dont even Need to spam it on cd just use it every 15 seconds or so and no one will ever be able to use any ult against you. I dont think a normal ability should negate ultimate usage.

No, no it shouldn't. No class in the game should be allowed to steal ultimate, especially on an AOE ability. There will be poisons available for that next update.

It wouldn’t be broken if they made the tooltips within an acceptable range. The figures I gave are just examples. It could drain 25% and give you 25% of that for all I care but it would make the skill better than the other options and give nb a great counter.

Wait 1 - 2 years and we will have Monk or Bard class that will do that, because Warden & Nerco are not OP enough
But, with all seriousness - you are right. But I am afraid that incoming new cancer poison are just the beginning...

I think it should give your opponents your ultimate instead. It would fit the NB class identity more.

I like the idea. Although, all the Ultimate based burst tank builds would cry tears with this change.

If zenimax puts the right tooltip this change would be powerful and really enable some interesting pvp

What if it drained the nightblade's ultimate and gave it to the targets? I believe they call it a "kiss-curse"
