To satisfy every DK and especially stamina ones this skill should be changed from a pseudo range spammable to a charge mechanic spammable.

1.Obsidian Shard
Armor penetration 2k or a damage shield.

2.Stone Fist
Execute, deal additional damage to targets below 25%

Animation wise i think it should be similar to Venomous claw but instead it should be a giants stone dragon claw. Damage should be tweaked i think maybe lowered if both of my suggestions are to take a balanced effect. Also maybe check out these attack animations from DA:I, this is the Reaver using his dragon-rage attack, something like this goes great on a DK.

    I do not like it
    The first thing they should do is to rework the "helping hands" passive to make it apply with stamina Earthen heart skills too, holding back Stone giant is just dumb, and making it return a little bit of stamina isn't gonna make the skill broken.

    Second, i'd completely change the skill and make it a ST melee skill. Then, i'd do the exact opposite as the whip. Molten whip gets an empowering effect when you use other ardent flame skills, and then consume the stacks for a more powerful whip attack. I'd make stone giant to get a damage stack, increasing its damage by X% for each use of Stone giant, up to three times too, and maybe giving some extra armor per stack (maybe 500 armor per stack, for a total of 1500 extra armor, because right now the "giant" part of the name is non-existent).

    The animations would be similar to onslaught. The character would summon a big stone greatsword and slam it on the enemy, and the final hit would share animation with the final hit of molten whip (the horizontal spin slash).

    Edit: also, it might be cool to give an unique visual to the stacks, just like the seething fury effect gives mDK's fiery glowing eyes, stone giant stacks could have some sort of a cinder/ash effect around the user.

    I don't get the helping hands change at all, even the whole concept of the skill's functionality as it is now. Every DK that i have seen hasn't used this skill since it's remake to what it is. I saw people using it the moment they changed it, but a day later literally no one has used it since.

    This skill as it is now has no place in the DK arsenal and it has nothing to do with what a Dragonknight would use in combat, and it is show by the lack of usage by the playerbase in PVE and especially in PVP. For crying out loud DK NPCs have better looking animations that this thing.

    The idea that it should be spammable is not working out well. I'd rather that the stomp increases the damage of the skill, and the surrounding rocks around the DK swirls around him/her causing DoT.

    I personally love this skill, but only to that point when the DK stomps. After that, it feels like throwing flaming *** matter.
