Reduce Spell/Feat Cost gets applied after vampire costs

Probably not an easy thing to change but was quite sad to see this, was potentially quite a cool combo given the absurd non-vamp ability cost increases of a T4 vampire.

Then again, it gets applied after the vampire reduction too:

I mean the second I looked at mist form cost I thought about running 2 reduce cost would be pretty stupid op xD.

To be honest its a bit crazy both ways. Vampire abilities reduction is way too low and the non-vamp increases are way too high. And the flame damage is less than live.... for some reason.
