What kind of sets are there, that can reduce ability cost to offset the new Vampire weakness?

Something easy actually anything, not looking for meta not looking for bis or anything. Just anything really that can reduce that weakness, because I'm being more of a casual pver/pvper and more of a roleplayer. I would love to play with the vampire but well that ability cost weakness hmm could be annoying. So is there any sets out there can can reduce the weakness anyone know?

IIRC Seducer is the Craftable set that Reduces Magicka costs by 10%
Battlefield Acrobat is a stam set that reduces all costs by 6%
Alteration Mastery is a magicka set that reduces by 6%

There are a few more i think, its just that they stack multiplicative not additive. So the more you have the less effective it is

Given there might be a differance between reduce magicka costs and reduce all costs wouldn't that like maybe give like 15 percent? Or does having both make both less effective?
If running like both Battlefield acrobat I can get that from the pvp boxes and then get a seducer set I think we can have two sets of five? So would that get rid like 16% of it for magicka and then 6 percent from Stamina? I'm not exactly sure how this works.

Spell Parasite, the new crafting set in Blackreach that only requires 3 traits, gives 63 magicka every time you deal damage every 0.25 seconds, essentially 252 magicka per second if you constantly deal damage, I feel like this set addresses alot of sustain issues a high stage vampire could have. Its other effects offer 1 line of spell damage, spell critical, and maximum magicka

There are alot of ways to reduce cost, sets, glyphs etc. But the question is why would you want to be a vamp lol? You are loosing alot of dps if you wear cost reduction sets, glyphs. Vampire skills and passives dont overweigh the loss of other stats. I theory you can cheese target dummy parse if vamp but it's not gonna work in dungeons/trials.
Vamps gonna be good for RP only.

Well I'm one of those people that do roleplay. I'm better at knowing Roleplay mechanics then all this game meta mechanics or whatever. If I do need to do a vet dungeon or trial. I would attempt to build at least something up if I have too. So well not much of an issue. Want to make sure I don't run out of resources and at least be able to cast abilties when I need too when in pve or a battlegrounds. I will likely not run at stage four most of the time because I really hate the looks of it wish they flipped the script on the appearances. Well if I just run in stage two well I might not bother as much with such a reduce sets however I might put something on to reduce some of the weakness.

    Those and:

Akavari Dragonguard 5th bonus: reduces ult cost by 15% if you want to use other ultimate's than the Vampire one, won't do anything about normal skills cost though.

Magnus gift 5th bonus: When you cast a Magicka ability, you have an 8% chance to negate that ability's cost.

Might want to invest in some infused jewelry with cost reduction Glyphs.

Personally I'd stick with stage 1, maybe 2 at a push. Go Breton and use Alteration Mastery, which is a great set that reduces the cooldown on EVERYTHING by 6%, including ultimates.
Necromancer is probably the best option for vampire imho also, because

    a) Strong tether heal that is more powerful than even Vigor, and a free cast
    b) Even at 20% increased cost, Blastbones is incredibly cheap to cast, and provides some nice burst.
    c) Spirit Guardian is OP

Necros have no problem generating corpses for tethers which cost nothing to cast, and have good damage mitigation, making them the perfect class for Vampires.
Or, if you go Sorc you do get 15% decreased cost Ultimates and 6% decreased magicka and stamina abilities, which already negates the increased costs on stage 1, and almost stage 2.

I don't mind this change if I'm honest, because now people aren't just picking up Vampire for the Undeath and recovery passives. You actually have to think about building around Vampire, which you should. Also the stealth on sprint passive is incredibly strong. Cyrodiil would be broken if there were no downsides so everyone could just stealth by sprinting for 3 seconds.

My main in PVE will be cured, but I am not upset about it. Having to run vampire just for the recovery was useless for a skill line. And now my main will gain back that fire damage mitigation.

I do however plan on building a Necro completely around the skill line for PVP.

Am I the only one who likes these changes? Everyone is freaking out over the normal skill costs but conveniently forgetting the whopping 900 damage you get from the skill lines BEFORE buffs like major and minor sorcery.

As the above poster said, these changes make you actually think about how to build a vamp character. It's not an easy passive skill line anymore.

so far I've had zero issues sustaining on the pts with magicka classes and vampire using non vamp skills with the arterial burst spammable.

false gods and breton are still more than enough sustain, need more?

    A lot more?

only reward really is sneak speed at level 1 and need level 4 for the invis when running. I am keeping it on my one stam character because its a nightblade that is used only for stealing. so i get my sneak speed and a 5 percent increase which is easily offset being i wont be doing hardly any combat

If you are mainly interested in roleplay, not meta min/max damage builds, you can offset the +X% non-vamp skill cost increase by using some -2X% cost vamp skills. I am not sure how viable that will turn out to be, but the major offset to non-vamp skill cost that ZOS gives is the large decrease in cost of vamp skills. If some of your skills cost 1000 more but other skills cost 2000 less, you may not be as starved for resources as you think. Also, one of the vamp ult morphs negates the penalties of being a vamp while the ult is active. The ult should be reasonably cheap due to vamp cost reductions, so you will be able to use non-vamp skills at normal cost while the vamp ult is active, and still get the cheap vamp skill cost. I also think the vamp ult increases your max stats temporarily.

Whether it will work in practice is yet to be seen, but ZOS have a clear goal of vampire in Greymoor needing you to play as a vamp. You can't just passively be a vamp. You need to actively be a vamp.

For those wanting to see the costs of vampire skills they are the following. ((I'm assuming Stage 1 since I got them here https://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Vampire+Skills which would mean these values are discounted by 10%. To be honest I don't even know why ZOS decided to put a 10% discount at stage 1 as it makes no sense. No such thing as stage 0.))

    Scion Ultimate - 256 ult

    Eviscerate - 1755 magicka
Blood for Blood - 1941 health

    Blood Frenzy - 1624 health a second
Simmering Frenzy - 1624 health a second and increases by 10% each second up to 100%, which is 3248 health a second.

    Vampiric Drain - 3304 magicka

    Mesmerize - 2891 magicka

    Mistform - 1032 magicka a second

That's how I read it to but on the PTS it actually adds those values on top.

Vampire Lord: This set now increases the bonuses and penalties of your Vampire Stages by the following amounts:
    Stage 1/2/3/4

So with that equipped the values suddenly become the following:

    Stage 1/2/3/4

    Health Recovery: -10%/-40%/-70%/-100%

    Flame Damage Taken: +6%/+12%/+19%/+26%

Marketing. It's there specifically so that you have something to compare that 5% increase to non-vamp costs to. Even if it is basically the same as going into a store and seeing something that is "on sale for 10% off" when it has in fact been "on sale" for three years.
