NB Aspect of Terror & Morphs vs other CCs

Since we have new update incoming and currently we have a PTS, I thought it is a good moment to touch on this skill & other similar skills.

Aspect of Terror (Nightblade shadow skill):

Now, I am not asking for much, but at least standardize Aspect of Terror & its morphs and remove target cap from this skill.

Other skills don't have target cap, those have way better cost-to-effect value as they also have either additional effects or bigger radius (or both), and are not "class" skill, which technically means that those should be slightly inferior to a class skills, but... like I have said - I am not asking for much.

Also, as far as I can tell, Aspect of Terror is the only AOE skill left in the game, that still has a target cap. It's morphs are pretty archaic and were not standardized too, as morphs of this skill have... bigger target cap. Yes. That is an additional effect you get, when you level up this skill....

Edit: WW fear CC also has target cap, but it has additional effects (off balance or Major Fracture).

    And Surprise Attack is the only spammable in the game with a 5 m range. Every other spammable is at least 7 m.
    Every NB ability should be inferior to any other similar ability, don't you know?

    We're trying to evaluate actual changes proposed by ZOS in Update 26. Not player ideas that may or may not make it into a future patch.

    Head on over the Combat & Character Mechanics forums and post your ideas there (or use an existing thread).

    You opening post is pretty mild. But, there are many other players (more rude than you) that have to have their class changes in the next patch "at all costs" ... regardless of player feedback or inclusion for PTS testing.

    This discussion is warranted as it touches on a World skill on the PTS and how it outperforms a Class skill.

    As for the topic, the NB class Fear absolutely needs to be improved.

    NB is so bad, that they'll need an entire update just to make it right. I'd recommend taking a break from the game and come back once they add the NB class back to the game.
