Please, take into account that a lot a players already enjoy using this skill line, with the pros and cons we know actualy.
My request : don't make it so less people will enjoy playing Vampire ... Because that's the way you seem to have choosen with the drawbacks etc.
See how people are happy and understand it's a fail if these people stop playing this skill line with their favorite toon.
