During Elsweyr Pts we've seen this line on the patch notes
Stating that the horrible decision of making frags have an artificial delay of 450ms even when you are right on your target.
Those 450ms mean that you can never line up your frags to hit after an CC as anyone can easily react to them and you can never force a single hit with a CC.
The Class reps and me have been reporting this issue for 1 year now and still this is what the traveltime looks like up to this day
@ZOS_Gilliam @ZOS_BrianWheeler please fix this finally.
And then spread your standardizations to traveltimes for all other ranged skills.
Strife takes just as long as frags to land
Birds take more than 1 second to land
Mage's wrath 800ms delay
Necromancer skulls 300-350ms depending if you got the damage boost or not
Those skills are all being heavily held back by this atrocious traveltime
