Off Balance CC

There is an issue with the off balance CC on the PTS. I'm not sure if its caused by lag or what, but your being CCed before the heavy attack actually lands. There is also a small slide attached the the cc similar to what DKs leaps have caused in the past. The break free is being delayed by this slide making it very had to react to what follows the CC which is usually a strong ultimate. I was testing with a friend using onslaught, and because of the delay it was a free win anytime he snuck a heavy in while I was off balance. ZOS please look into it. I can try to get some footage of this if needed, but its pretty brutal.

The bad performance of the PTS server together with several broken CC mechanics (also fear CCs) makes your character in most cases not respond to breaking free information input. I was not able to break free from various fear CCs on PTS and got instakilled by the followed up spectral bow from the nightblade with zero time to react due to the delay on breaking free. I once managed to break free and dodgeroll, but in the end the spectral bow just ignored the dodge roll and shot me down rolling.0 -

Yea they have to fix this crap. The game can't take another horrible performance patch. They need to dig in figure this crap out and fix it. We have all been patient enough. No more BS spend money if you have to, but fix the freaking game.0
