Let's just hope ZoS stays firm under zergling pressure and sticks to 24 man cap.

I just can't help but smirk when i think of all the potential this could have against stacked groups.
Combined with some of the new insane sets, numbers we could get from this would be hilarious.

Titanic Cleave:
Increased the stacking damage bonus of this set to 1550, up from 1500.
Increased the target cap to 24, up from 6.
Note we will closely monitor how frequently this allows utter devastation to large groups and will address it appropriately so it is similar in function to Proximity Detonation.
This set now has a Perfected version which grants up to 1190 Physical Penetration.

You most likely will never hit that many people with one cleave anyway...but at least it allows some power fantasy and people might try it out.

True cleave will never hit 24 people so the cap is good, it brings a big challenge and add something for very tight spaces like the back flag or a strairs fight so I think this is solid addition.

Great for PvE too, there will be instances where you hit more than 6 Targets with one cleave.

Even if you hit like 10 ppl flipping flags or repairing doors, you will devastate them in 2 GCDs.
New and improved Balorg/Dawny into Cleave will delete ppl.
My stamNB ganker will love this new tool in his arsenal.
