There is a heavy opportunity cost to equipping a unique front bar weapon

You cant run 5/5 and a monster set.

I highly doubt their item power level equations considers this fact.

Please revert back to 2 casts as it is on live. The fix to burning procs and reduction to 5 seconds instead of 10 is enough to tone it down.

MagDKs were rare in PVE before this last patch. Lets keep them around.

I'm confused af. Perfected vAS destro would still do what it does today, but instead of the 2nd force shock, now it's the 3rd to proc, and with 103 extra spell damage. That's barely a nerf, I'd call it more of a "rework". The level of overreacting in this thread is astounding.

You have clearly never played with or tested either of these weapons, because to be honest, you have no idea what you are talking about. The difference between a non perfect and a perfect on a dummy on live can be 7-9k DPS. Over the course of a fight, you get 50% more procs with the perfected version). You never run the non perfect, because you are always better off running the 4th and 5th piece of another set (or a monster set, depending on your setup). And despite what min/maxers might say, 100 spell damage (especially only on one bar) is barely noticeable on a PVE DPS parse.
