We are currently investigating issues some players are having logging into the PTS. We will update as new information becomes available.
Ultimate cost not getting reduction?

As title Say,i notice that ulti cost on pts are higher than on live,let's say shooting star on live with passives get to 192,on pts with all passive unlocked they stay at 230,Is something change in passives?
