It is in The Crafter's Rune Crate. There's a bug with containers you'll never encounter on live, but templates run afoul of all the time: A container can have more than 40 distinct stacks of items, but it can't display more than 40. The rune box does have 200 Indeko, but you need to either "Take All," OR pull each item out, and then reopen it, because there are more than 40 different runes in the game.
This has probably never been fixed, because getting a container with more than four different items is vanishingly rare in normal game play.
This probably also applies for looting corpses, but, who leaves their loot setting on manual?
I'd tell you what the values are, but I just got stuck in an endless loadscreen.
EDIT: And when I did finally log into my crafter, the server had rolled back pulling the stuff off my template. I've been seeing a lot of rollbacks today.Edited by starkerealm on April 21, 2020 2:54AM0 -

Excelsus✭✭✭✭I cant see too much use for this in pve. Tanks dont need health recovery and cant use stamina recovery. Vampires would just use magicka recovery glyphs.1 -

It's Nariyu's Morag Tong costume, available rarely in the crown store.2 -

Which one is better? The one with no stats? Or the cost reduction?
I don't like either. Because they're mutipurpose, so the increase/decrease is meh.
I think you should pick only the parameter you want, and then increase regen/decrease cost on that.
Mind it, however, that Mist Form and that Frenzy thing cost per second, so the decrease cost is more important, as it applies
twice. But still, I don't think there's anything to target health cost decrease."Is it true her wounds healed on their own ? Yes" No s***, at 75% health regen penalty!

Yeah, this is correct.
Going from memory, the dyes are the Voidstone Violet associated with all the base game no death achievements, Coldharbour Ash Black (which is Main Quest Completion), and I think Antique Silver on the Chitin. Though it might Liar's Linen or something similar.
