A set used often in pvp as a backbarrable set on magicka builds, nerfed to oblivion.
Robes of Transmutation: This set now grants 1400 Critical Resistance for 5 seconds when the proc conditions are met, rather than 1304 for 20 seconds.
So we gained 100 more critical resistance in return for a whopping 15 second reduced time on the proc (75% reduced). Same thing happened with wizards riposte (15 sec proc to 5) and steadfast hero (5 sec with 10 sec cooldown to same duration but 20 sec cooldown) . Both not beeing used by everyone but still nerfed to the ground for no apparent reason.
Why would anyone use this set on both bars when you can use a superion set like buffer of the swift now. The only viable backbarrable set in pvp now is hiti's which is of course locked behind a paywall. For all reason, dont nerf this set to reduce your $$$ just like you wont nerf the overperforming stamnecro.
