    One combination of Indeko is currently not implemented. Namely, repora (and lower potency runes of this kind) + Indeko + Kuta. Other one is fine. Both of them are in the picture.

    Does,

    "The data curve governing the gain of Critical Resist stats is currently malfunctioning, and will be corrected in a future PTS patch"

    explain why there is no baseline crit resist in the patch notes or on the PTS?

    Item Set: Perfected Spectral Cloak Set
    (a.k.a Blackrose Dual Wield)
    Issue: If I cast Blade Cloak while wielding this set and Blade cloak AoE hits an enemy, it successfully procs Spectral Cloak buff.
    BUT, if I cast Blade Cloak while wielding this set and swap to another weapon, it does not proc Spectral Cloak if I hit the enemy with the AoE.

    Conclusion:
    This set is not in line with vMA Bow (Thunderous Volley set), Destro staff (The Crushing Wall set) or Master Bow which remain active even if player bar swapped.

    Hi, could we know the value of the promised base Critical resistance, thank you? <3

    So could make some gears/setups for testing based on that value already in advance so no need to do things again.. it takes time to test and adjusting gear many times not that fun.

    Nightblade, incap strike. The skill seems to convert into the stun morph and you can no longer cast it until it reaches its new ult cost. The skill itself seems to convert into the "morph" i guess? that includes the stun effect. I'm not sure when it exactly happens but it seems to happen when you reach close to or over 100 ult then it "changes" into incap with the stun but you can no longer cast it until you reach 120 ult. The skill also changes its background color from red to green as if it a different skill but when it does that it locks you out of the cheaper one. Not sure if this issue exists on live atm but on pts with parsing in general its throwing me off because i get locked out of the skill until i earn even more ultimate when i should be able to cast it without the stun effect for cheaper

    Monthly reminder that Stalking Blastbones still does nothing and is effectively a vacant morph.

    Also, I would like to call for a buff to LACERATE, the DW ultimate!

    Stacked up against the other weapon-skill ultimates, it is quite weak indeed in both PvE and PvP.

    At present, the Lacerate morphs suffer from being weaker numerically than the Bow and Destruction Staff ultimates, which hurts in PvE, while also lacking any form of burst, which substantially weakens it in PvP when compared to the 2H ultimate.

    I do quite enjoy the DoT-based nature of the skill and it feels thematically true to the savagery of a DW attack, but this appeal is also its greatest drawback. Especially for PvP, simply dealing damage will never make it attractive to run over the 2H ultimate, as players can simply heal through the damage as it comes in.

    As such, it needs to do something extra in order to justify its lack of burst, something like providing heal absorption or Major Defile. Giving Thrive in Chaos (the shorter morph) one of these enhancements would immediately make it desirable in the high-healing PvP environment.

    As for Rend (the longer morph), there is a straightforward solution by simply increasing the overall damage done, as weapon ultimates are balanced to give you raw damage rather than providing group utility or passive buffs like the guild or class ultimates.

    Make Rend the PvE morph and buff its damage by 25%-50%, dropping the self-heal if need be in order to free up "power budget" and further differentiate it from the PvP morph.

    Make these two changes and players will begin slotting the DW ultimate again.

    When multiple Necromancers are in a group, siphon cannot be used because of corpses overlapping. Putting the spell back on GCD is in my opinion a mistake. Targetting may be easier, but on a boss, most of the time the spell cannot be casted.

    This is a thread I made in the bugs section, it has been 4 weeks now and the bug still not fixed. The bug existed since almost a year or maybe more.

    I was revisiting Sygian set while testing the vampire changes with my magBlade. There is a problem with the set, in which no-CP gains the full 5pc set bonus. Whereas, the +20% the player character did not receive the set bonus on damage when you added CP points into Elemental Expert.

    From my evaluation and testing, adding and removing CP, it appears the 5pc set bonus is reduced proportionately by the Elemental Expert +% bonus. In some instances, your damage was lower with CP than without.

    There is a logic calculation error where this set is overwritten and not included when you add the CP tree bonus on damage.

    ZoS, your making changes to sets, do you mind fixing this one too?

    The S/B ultimates need an increase cost. In PVP, its the new block meta where you can spam cast the ultimate for near permanent block mitigation. This means players can negate CC effects without effort on how block interacts with certain hard CC effects.

    You need to address and fix the collision exploit where jumping let's you have a chance to ignore direct damage from other players. It occurs at a precise time when the opponent skill lands but ignored due to being in the air/off the ground. Yes, that's why you see so many jumping players in Cyrodiil.
