PTS Update 26 - Bug Reports for Western Skyrim (Zone, Quests, etc)

After some sneaking and pickpocketing in Solitude, I dropped into the Outlaws Refuge to fence my ill-gotten goods. I keep getting these errors; the error dialog can't be dismissed -- I have to use the Task Manager in windows to kill the game.


Using a copied character.
Edit: It only affects the gamepad interface. It works upon switching to mouse/keyboard.

I have a note about the difficulty. I am at best an average player. I’ve never been on a Trial, done few dungeons, I have no end game gear, I mainly run solo stuff and craft, and furnish a couple of houses. I found Western Skyrim’s delves easy to solo. I soloed the public delve. I was able to knock down two of the Red Storm pillars and spent about 10 minutes trying to take down the third with someone else, dying only once, but we both got bored and moved on.

For example, you have these potentially great poisonous centipede things. Why not make the poison virulent, once poisoned cut your damage done by half, and curable only with a potion? Make it dangerous and needing some strategy. As is, it took me, an average PC, a bit more time than some others to kill it, but I was never really in danger of dying, even from the bosses. The environment art is great, but the game is just more slash and bash again. So much potential…

The Artifacts may turn out to be fun, I like mini-game puzzles.

it looks like the "Read the Note" issue ties in with the Crisis at Dragon Bridge quest and not finding the note blocks, the "Enter the Smuggler Caves" potion of the Quest(s).

Trying to enter the cave without finding the note, gives you the message, "You lack the correct Permissions to Transfer Here."

regarding the Note, mentioned in the "Read the Note" quest....you can see the pointer showing the spot as if the note was on the floor, in the middle distance from the chair and the edge of the rug.

Just no note to interact with.

Yes, I think that’s the case as well. The black screens are just placeholders and will get corrected before it goes live.

Hi there. Did almost every major side quest in this update and here's a few rough edges to polish yet:

1) Quest giver outside of Morthal missing her gloves or smth resulting in "black bracelets" which lack the texture on her arms.
2) Some VO is missing for Kireth and Reynor Vanos in Blackreach public dungeon.
3) Some quests in Blackreach seems to be bugged, giving only around 70 gold pieces for high cp character. And while I understand giving up samples is not much of a job (same tier job on the surface with giving in harpy poison back to source was rewarded in 300+ gp tho), the delve quest from Neramo gave only 70+ gp and it seems strange. Surface delves I did gave standard 300+ gp too but not this one
4) A thing about side quest in Greymoor castle interior I already suggested in MQ topic because of spoilers.
5) Dark Brotherhood NPC stands in two or three places in Solitude outlaw refuge? Is it intentional? Or is she stalking us?)

I have the same trouble with Digging Up Trouble - no note to read but the quest marker pointing to a spot on the floor besides the basket on the second floor. Tried restarting game and reentering area, no luck.

I DPSd the final boss but when they reached 8% they lost their hitbox and stopped fighting. But would continue to follow me. I was still in combat and the battle refreshed itself after about 3 minutes. And it didn't happen again on the second try.
