Senchal is really hitting frame rate

If I stand around southeast of castle area around bank and outside of round wall my framerate drops over 70%.

Is this the only area you experience frame rate issues?

Frame rate and performance issues in ESO can be caused by different things as PC setups will vary from player to player. Oh, Senchal is bad, agreed... but in the Dragonguard base there's a place that has my FPS drop to 1.

Well, my GPU ist 12 years old, so I don't complain.

Hello the only other place I had an issue like this was Hallin's Stand.

My frame rate went to normal after I did the quest chain there and entered a new phasing of Hallin's Stand. It was very strange.
