Does anyone know if the buff is applied to the attack that procs it?
That is to say if you hit someone with an attack, does that initial attack get the buff or only subsequent attacks.

Nightmothers gaze is stronger than Spriggan. With a decent critrate >50% you have it up all the time, the only downside is your enemy can technically purge it, thats why I prefer Spriggan over it.
If your critrate is lower than 50% rather take Spriggan, it is more reliable.Edited by L_Nici on April 19, 2020 9:47AMA very special girl
