the shield breaker set needs to be reverted and brought back.
shields are over powered.

I remember when shields were truly OP, but now they are kinda balanced. Bigger problem is endless magicka recovery that help sorc spamming them with dark conversion but strength itself of shield is not that absurdly strong (atleast for me).

When stam is lightyears ahead of mag in PvP, this thread is really needed?

Shield stacking, like healing, is yet another mechanic that is completely useless without damage reduction. And yet they leave damage reduction alone. Yeah , glad I called pvp dead before the patch notes...

I haven't had a problem with shield stacking in ESO since back when shields had 30k tooltips and lasted 30 seconds. Y'all seriously wasn't to nerf shields for the millionth time? [Snip].

Shields are crap for a mage Sorcerer in non CP, do i use one? yes i do but it takes away 7 to 8k damage at best but i also get the passives from that line of magic.

We have only 1 decent heal and that uses our lowest recourse which means if you don't want to run sword and board + Hardened ward you pretty much have to run with a resto staff.

Now if you nerf the heals what course of action do you leave us with?
