U26 Itemisation Changes

With the addition of perfected weapons for dragonstar and maelstrom, what happens to existing weapons already collected? Seeing as these were acquired from veteran completions in the abscense of non perfected versions, will they automatically become perfected version for those of us who have them? Or will the current versions form the basis of the non perfected weapons and a new, improved set of weapons be the perfected sets (effectively invalidating player efforts and time invested)?

They took the bonuses away from vma and vdsa weapons a few years ago, and now they wont get it back eventho you have to do vet arena to get them anyway. Doesnt sit well with me, but what can you do..

This isn't a bad idea imo. But only if they introduces a HM for both.
as it is both vma and vdsa are quite easy to complete so if they revamp and made them harder with more mechanics I wouldn't mind trying to farm perfected weapons.

So i'd assume normal maelstrom now drops weapons and vet drops perfected? If this is your way to reward progression ZOS, you guys are completelly nuts.

People have grinded that place, and mind you, back in the day it was INSANELY annoying, to get specific weapons and traits.

Now you want ppl to go back there, hell at least add an upgrade station so we can decon perfected weapons and make our old ones perfect to save on some crystals/gold mats

The population in the game wont increase by doing that, so WHY DO IT?
