Looking for assistance, i put in a ticket 24 hrs. ago 200415-00891. I purchased greymoor and elswyr on pc. i can log into my account, and i have access to my old and new email address. I'm attempting to do 2 things.
1. I need to change my email address on my account from my old to my new one (i have access to both). I'm not getting the codes sent to my old email though. (I am getting emails from The Elder Scrolls Online Forums <noreply.forums@elderscrollsonline.com> for password resets for the forums though on my old email address, just not anything to do with the game.
2. I cannot log into the game itself, i haven't played in ages and reimaged since i last played. its sending me a verification code to login to the client, and I'm not getting that either. It seems i receive the email to change my password for the forums though... weird huh?
Also I wasn't sure if I owned summerset, I saw I was in the beta online (closed beta) on my account info, but I cant remember if I bought it. if I didn't I was going to purchase the more expensive elswyr that had it included. sadly, there's no way to tell without logging into the game itself so I missed the sale for it if I don't own it. Can I get assistance upgrading to it for the difference of the sale price from the digital upgrade to the digital standard if I don't own it?
