Social ban? Send help please :)

Hello,

The world is suffering from a virus and me and my friends are stuck at home. Finally convince them to join me on ESO, they agreed since the game is on sale at steam and we all cant go outside due to lockdown. We enjoyed our time in ESO and some are very confused since this is their first mmorpg. I craft training gears for them, gave them crafting materials for their daily writs, send them gold for repairs etc.

One day one of my friend asked me for some furniture and i tried to send him through mail and got a message that its disabled. Thought it was a bug so we meet up and tried to trade directly. That didnt work either. Later i found out i cant even access guild stores. After doing some googling and reading through forums i might have been sending them too many mails and got social banned.

Submitted a ticket and didnt get a response or email, even checked spam folder regularly on email. I understand support can be slow during this hard time in the world but any update or response would be very much appreciated. Please help me ZOS

ps. Can anyone tell me if addon could trigger this ban. I dont use any mail addon except for the 'No thank you' addon which remove the confirmation for deleting mails in game.

There seems to be a lot of social bans lately. I'm not sure what is going on but maybe @ZOS_BillE can help. Good luck.
