Can't remember my Secret Answer :(

Hey, I'm having a few issues at the moment.

I've been in the process of updating all my account details and have done most of them, but I'm trying to change my secret answer so i can change my account UserID but as i cannot remember the answer to something i'm sure i haven't changed since 2014 i'm a bit stumped

I've tried so many different guesses that i honestly think my brain will implode if i keep trying, i did send a ticket 200407-003663 but the Bethesda Support site is showing nothing in my tickets section and is constantly refreshing itself regardless of the browser used i wasn't sure if it's indeed gone through.

I have also changed my email address since that ticket but can still be reached on the address attached to it.
