Item Disappearance

I got a aetherial dust from a jubilee box and it had a aetherial dust in it but when i went to go price check it i couldnt find it i checked my inv and my crafting bag in provisioning and it was just gone is there a way i can get it back? it was the only good thing i got last night 3am april 12
