Broken payment handling leading to a triple charge purchase and no ESO Plus

Good day,

I am writing in about my support ticket which I have opened 3 days ago, 200409-001106 and I have yet to receive a response.

To recap on what happened;

First attempt
I am a returning player looking to upgrade to Elsweyr and attempted on buying the Digital Collector’s Edition Upgrade. After entering the payment details, there isn't any payment confirmation after the purchase nor any email receipt of the purchase were sent to my inbox.

Second attempt
Thought the payment didn't go through, I tried the second time of the same item, same thing, no payment confirmation after the purchase not any email receipt.

Third attempt
I tried with a Elsweyr™ Digital Collector’s Edition purchase. Same thing as well, no payment confirmation after the purchase not any email receipt.

After 4 days, I checked on the billing history in ESO account and saw that all 3 item actually went through with a much delayed response and received the purchase upgrade 3 times!



ESO Plus attempt
I have yet to create a support ticket for this.
A couple of days ago, I decided to subscribe to ESO Plus. Same thing happened again and my bank have hold the necessary amount and no ESO Plus activated in my account.

I wonder what had happened to the payment system and I wonder if any of the engineering team is away of such problem?
