Well it seems there are dark times ahead of us folks. In one corner, we have the new and improved upcoming bashweave meta in pve. That's right folks, we will have melee magsorcs wardens you name it bashweaving for maximum damage. If you thought light attack weaving hurt your fingers.. heh. And in the other corner, we have a shadowy disguise given to everyone who desires to become a vampire and is willing and able to sprint for 3 seconds! OOOooooOOoo (a moment of silence please for all nightblades). I don't know about you but duels on my nightblade against other nightblades just make me want to do the thing.. you know like the summit1G thing where I take my computer and um yea. Now everyone brave enough to become a vampire can do the thing too! Anyways please vote below.

Unatural movement from what we can see is an escape tool, you need to sprint 3s to be invisible and you leave invisibilty as soon as a you stop sprinting.

Since you cannot cast skills by sprinting, it cannot be used like cloak for opening burst combo.

Cloak is not used for burst my friend at least not against them gooder players who know better. Hmmm need to sprint? I dont know, the bash weaving meta seems to fulfill Zos Goals perfectly:
More APM for everyone!
Super intuitive that stricking your enemy in the face with your staff does more Damage than Shooting a fireball at him!
Really helps close the "skillgap" (as if the skillgap was the Problem in the first place)
And they are just gathering Feedback Right now and it might not even go life, what could possibly go wrong?

While you are in cloak, you can refresh your buffs and charge a heavy attack into surprise attack that will stun, or heavy attack into incap.

While sprinting you cannot do anything else than sprinting.

And having your regen cuted by 100% + the cost of your skills increase by 20% is not what I call "everyone will reset fights".

Vigor will pull me out of stealth I mean there's rally but stealth doesn't really help with that. Sure I can recast all my buffs but as a decent player I'm weaving that into my fighting anyways. Other than avoiding getting clapped by the burst meta, I really only use cloak it to sink a nice fat heavy attack in so that siphoning strike restores my stamina as my class really can't tank any damage. I watched sage toad try to play a stamblade the other day instead of a nice cushiony stamcro lmaooooo. Anyways what is sprint til out of LOS and reset for 500? What is engine guardian for 200? I won't bicker further. I agree though bashweave meta will be so much worse lmao.

Well, you can already sprint super quick for reseting a fight. I don't think getting all the malus for doing it better is worth it. It will not be worse than everyone being a tank running around rocks for 10m to not be killed.

A sorc can already streak infinitely by alterning it with dark exchange. Also, Streaking with 20% cost increase on a skill that cost 50% more each time you use it is gonna cost a hell

A sorc can already streak infinitely by alterning it with dark exchange. Also, Streaking with 20% cost increase on a skill that cost 50% more each time you use it is gonna cost a hell

theres this nb god named harmless chicken who runs a 30 somethin K health hybrid build that utilizes heavy attacks to kill people from from shadowy disguise/stealth. If the HA changes go through this guy is going to absolutely meme on people and I will become a hybrid blade to do the same. honestly i hope he makes videos.

I guess indirectly buffed since it will make up a larger portion of you dps? I didn't see anything about bash damage being buffed directly. So really the meta hasn't changed, it's just more important to bash weave now.

Well for stam classes specifically you can easily sustain non-stop bash weaving due to the LA resource gain you get with these changes.
