8 days with critical bug waiting for agent...

Well, I have a critical bug in one of my characters that prevents me from progressing in the game, a bug where I achieved a difficult achievement in the game and even after achieving the achievement the reward was not given to me, now I am afraid to complete any achievement in the game and not receiving my prizes for it.

Character name with the bug: Dark Gnywnevere
Buggy Achievement: March of sacrifice Challenger
bug: Achievement unlocked but personality not delivered.

I know that the volume of tickets on the support must be immense, but honestly, this is a serious bug that morally prevents me from trying to do any type of achievement with the fear that it will occur in others and that I will totally waste my time, and to to be honest, if it were a bug where me or another player won gold in the game, you would fix it quickly.

    Not to say you might not have different luck but I wouldn't get your hopes up for this being fixed.

    I have a friend who couldn't get Dromathra Destroyer because the achievement for completing Maw of Lorkaj was bugged on her character. After submitting a ticket they told her they couldn't retroactively give achievements and that there was nothing they could do to help her.

    I understand, but in the support they explicitly say that they cannot give an achievement, but in my case it is different, I am not in trouble with the achievement itself, but with her reward, which is rightfully mine, rewards are easy to be recovered, they do not need to touch complex codes that can ruin the game, it's literally just pressing a button, that's all, it's not complicated to fix ...

    Yes, they replied, with a "response" ctrl c - v refused to try to fix this bug, I am deeply disappointed with your company, look, it is not you who is an employee, but the company and these standards , just ignored this bug and don't want to give me the personality or at least take the achievement so that I can try to do the achievement again and gain the personality.
