Does refund take longer than 1 week?

I sent a ticket 1 week ago to get refund on Elsweyr Digital Upgrade.
I've provided the receipt but haven't heard from an agent for 3 days...
I hear ticket gets automatically closed when left for more than 3 days, so I'm a bit concerned.

My ticket number is #200331-005311.

It can take quite some time. Often longer than a week to get talking to a real person.

My ticket has 3 days too, also for a refund in a crown store item, it's probably normal to take long
