✭✭New hardware can't fix bad code
The PC EU server code should be quite similar to PC NA server... It is the same game.
The only differences can be infrastructure, server networking & resources, number of staff who are present at the datacenter, how the data is being stored there etc.

Morunul✭✭Yes please. A new server would be terrific. The EU server can't cope with the numbers of players, due to bad software or hardware. For a year (or longer - I have only played for year) they been saying the hardware is fine and they've been tweaking the software without much improvement - one fix leads to other, sometime worst, problems. I sadly expect login queues with the launching of the new chapter.0 -

Splitting the player base to 2 PC EU servers won't be a good idea.
ZOS just need to improve the current PC EU server, in other words replace the current server with a new server but keep the EU population on one server per each platform.Some videos I recorded for fun: Main character:

Jessy1981✭✭During prime time trials are unplayable even in zone there is high ping and bad performance with the stay-in policy it seems player numbers are seriously up but even after the huge update which held a performance upgrade it seems we got duped and got downgraded instead of upgraded 😭. Zos please fix your EU server issues and coding!1

Not only trials.
Most of the game is unplayable on PC EU server during prime time...
The only activities which can be done without severe issues are(for example): Questing, Farming, Crafting, Housing and Roleplaying.
